Scope of these notes
These notes describe the supplied static website at tovelpolarbuddies.beauty. They explain what its own HTML, CSS and JavaScript do. Hosting infrastructure, email services and any separately supplied consent interface can have additional data practices; this page does not claim that those services collect nothing.
Reading the site
The supplied site has no accounts, advertising scripts, analytics trackers or embedded third-party media. Images, scripts and styles are requested from the site itself. Like other websites, delivering a page makes technical information available to the hosting service, such as an IP address, request time, requested path and browser information. Server logging, recipients and retention depend on the deployed hosting configuration and cannot be inferred from these static files.
Preparing a contact message
The contact workspace builds plain text in your browser. It does not submit the form to a server while the supplied JavaScript is running, and it does not use localStorage or sessionStorage for drafts. Draft text is held in page memory. Your browser may independently retain or restore field values through autofill, history or session restoration.
The copy button writes the draft to your device clipboard only after you select it. The download button creates a local text file. Clipboard managers, shared devices, browser extensions and backups may retain copies outside this site’s control. Delete downloaded drafts and clear copied text if you no longer want those copies.
If you email us
Sending email is a separate action through your chosen email service. Your message may include your email address, name, content and delivery metadata. We use correspondence to consider and respond to editorial questions, correction requests or privacy matters. Do not send sensitive health information or medical records. The site does not offer a clinical service.
Where data protection law applies, responding to correspondence and protecting the service may rely on legitimate interests, and some processing may be necessary to meet legal obligations. Email and hosting providers may process information to deliver their services. Correspondence should be kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, relevant follow-up and applicable legal requirements; no fixed infrastructure-wide retention period is represented by these static pages.
Your choices and rights
You can read without preparing a message. You can use browser privacy controls, delete local downloads and choose not to follow external links. If applicable law grants rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, you may request them by emailing [email protected]. Rights depend on the circumstances, and proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may also complain to your relevant data protection authority.
External destinations and updates
Following a source link makes a request to another website under its own privacy terms. Using a mail link opens your email software; it does not send a message automatically. This notice should be revisited if the deployed site adds analytics, external content, submission services or other data processing. See the separate cookie notes for the storage behaviour of the supplied code.
